We would like to introduce the casting technology offered by Tsuta Mechanical Metal Co., Ltd. When the required specifications are FSW (Friction Stir Welding), tensile strength of 175 MPa or higher at 4σ, and gas content of 5 ml/100g Al or lower, we can achieve a strength of 200 MPa and a gas content of 3.5 ml/100g Al by determining the mold design and conditions.
